From the moment I could hold a crayon, I've been drawing on whatever surfaces I could (paper, walls, blankets and furniture--much to my parents' shock). Now that I'm older, I once again enjoy drawing on my own walls, computer and even my yoga mat.
I use many different mediums to create my abstract art and intuitive art, such as oils, colored pencils, acrylics, and pastels. I don't believe in limiting myself when I'm painting and drawing. Being creative is about following my own rules when it comes to using those tools. I never liked being told I had to stay in the lines...
The love of Nature was my first inspiration. From 16 until 21, I studied oil painting with landscape artist Sharon Roman. That's when I was completely hooked into the art world. My goal is to create inspirational, uplifting images, showing my inner visions.
