Visionary Art of Lisa Nomikos
Intuitive Imagery & Inner Landscapes
Step into the visionary world of Lisa Nomikos, where imagery emerges through intuitive insight, imagination, and moments of quiet observation. Rather than depicting only the visible world, visionary art explores symbolic landscapes, archetypal figures, and inner realms drawn from deeper layers of perception.
Dream Vision Art is Lisa Nomikos’ personal expression of visionary art, growing from the quiet magic woven into everyday life — moments that might pass unnoticed until light, color, or movement catches the eye in just the right way.
These impressions linger, gradually becoming inner images shaped by reflection, intuition, and remembered dreams. Over time they unfold as dream-inspired visual stories that invite each viewer to discover their own meaning. Some pieces feel playful and surreal, while others carry gentle narrative threads that reveal themselves slowly.
Animals, archetypal figures, celestial forms, and symbolic landscapes appear in many ways — inviting viewers into a deeper sense of imagination, reflection, and presence.

A Way of Seeing
A Message From Lisa
“I move through life noticing small details others might pass by — patterns in shifting light, reflections dancing across a wall, birds splashing in a roadside puddle, or rainbows scattering through the crystals of a chandelier as sunlight fills the room.
I don’t separate art from living. Walking, practicing yoga, sitting with a cup of coffee, or simply watching the world move around me — inspiration arrives naturally. Sometimes themes surface during meditation or as unexpected answers to prayers, while other moments come from daydreams, memories, or remembering a dream.
Shapes, colors, and emotions become a language of interpretation — a way of understanding the world and sharing that experience through my art.”
~Lisa Nomikos
Dream Vision Art – Custom Commissions
Some visions arrive as dreams, memories, or quiet inner imagery — symbols and stories that feel meaningful but not yet fully visible. Alongside her own intuitive creations, Lisa Nomikos also collaborates with others to help bring personal dream visions into form.
Each commissioned Dream Vision artwork begins with conversation and intuitive exploration, allowing themes, symbolism, and imagination to unfold naturally over time. The process becomes a shared journey of discovery — translating inner imagery into a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
Like the artworks found throughout the Dream Vision Art Gallery, commissioned pieces develop through the same intuitive creative process, allowing symbolism, color, and composition to evolve organically as the artwork takes form.
Many of the artworks shown throughout the Dream Vision gallery are available as original paintings or drawings. If an original artwork has already sold, the imagery is still available as custom fine art prints.
Those interested in exploring a personalized artwork are invited to visit the Dream Vision Art Commissions page to learn more about the commissioning process.
Dream Vision Art – Musical Instruments
At times, the imagery that appears throughout Dream Vision Art finds expression on musical instruments — flowing into rhythm and sound on handmade shamanic drums, Remo Fiberskyn frame drums, maracas, and more.
Using specially formulated leather acrylic paints, Lisa creates intuitive artwork directly on each instrument and carefully seals the surface so it remains fully playable. The instruments may be displayed as artwork or experienced through the added dimension of sound. When rhythm and imagery come together, the vibrational qualities of the instrument become part of the artistic expression.
These instruments are not separate from Dream Vision Art, but another way the imagery reveals itself — where symbolism, movement, and vibration come together as both art and living sound.
