SHIPPING – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

• All physical product orders (prints, cards, etc.) are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.
• You’ll receive tracking information once your item ships.
• We currently ship within the U.S. and to select international locations.
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays or misdelivery.

SHIPPING – SERVICE-BASED PRODUCTS (Original Art)

For all original creations tied to a service—such as commissioned artwork or intuitive art sessions—shipping occurs after the service or creative process is complete.

This includes:

Shipping timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of your request.
We’ll stay in touch throughout the creative process and send tracking details once your piece is ready to ship.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
• Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (minus shipping).

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis for physical items of equal value, such as a different print or size.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You are responsible for return and re-shipping costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the custom and energetic nature of our offerings, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Original commissioned art
• Completed services
• Digital downloads
• Gift cards (if applicable)

NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

All services are final and non-refundable, including:

These pieces are created uniquely for each individual with care, insight, and intention, and as such cannot be returned or exchanged.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item
• A photo of the outer packaging (showing any visible damage)
• Your order number

Once we review the issue:

• A replacement may be sent at no cost to you.
• In some cases, we may request the original item be returned before sending a replacement.
• If a return is needed, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
